Another Turnaround for Coty

Delays IPO for first or second quarter

It’s been a roller coaster year for Coty. After several attempts to take over Avon, the company seemed to resort to plan B, filing for an IPO. Then CEO Bernd Beetz surprisingly stepped out and Michele Scannavini took the reins, and all seemed like smooth sailing. Except now, word is that the IPO has been put on hold—most likely until the second quarter.
